Snap311
Snap311 was developed as an entry in the NYC Big Apps contest. It makes reporting a problem to NYC’s 311 service easy by allowing anybody to use their camera and web enabled mobile phone to file their report. The concept and application portion of Snap311 were developed by some friends at The Erlbaum Group.
